摘要
调查和监测60口优质鱼类养殖池塘中水质理化因子和生物因子共31项,统计结果,鱼类患病的池塘亚硝酸盐含量比未患病的池塘高,其含量均值分别为0.176mg/1和0.095mg/l,以彭泽鲫鱼为实验材料,测定亚硝酸盐对血红蛋白的毒性影响,结果表明,鲫鱼血液中的MHB随NO2-N浓度的增加呈指数递增关系,据实验结果统计分析,1.8mg/l和0.8mg/l分别为48h和96h毒性影响的临界值。养殖水体增加足量溶氧,适量的氧化剂,氯离子和硝化细菌,可降低亚硝酸盐的含量。
We measured 31 physicochemical and biological factors of 60 cultured fishes ponds. The result shows that the frequently ill-caught ponds have higher nitrite than the occasionally ill-caught ponds. Their quantity of nitrite are 0. 17mg/l,0. 095mg/l. We have also tested the effect of toxicity of nitrite on Hb in Carassius auratus varpengze blood. The determination turns out that the toxicity of nitrite makes the index of MHb in Carassius auratus blood increase with increasing NO2- N density. It was found that critical values of toxic action after 48hours and 96 hours are 1. 8mg/l,0. 8mg/l.If we add adequate dissolved oxygen,just the right amount oxidant,cl- or Nitrobacteria in cultured water,then it will lower the quantity of nitrite.
