摘要
以来自长江流域棉区的 2 7个陆地棉新品系、新组合为材料 ,在网室条件下对其抗红铃虫性进行了研究。结果表明 ,有 13个材料高抗红铃虫 ,占鉴定材料总数的 48.1%;有 14个抗红铃虫 ,占鉴定材料总数的5 1.9%。不同类型棉花材料的抗虫性强度顺序为 :转基因抗虫棉≈转基因抗虫杂交棉F1 >转基因抗虫杂交棉F2 >常规抗虫棉≈常规抗虫杂交棉F1 >常规棉 (CK)。
Twenty-seven resistant new upland cotton new strains and cross combinations from Yangzi River area were researched for resistance to pink bollworm in cage condition.The experiment results showed that thirteen materials were highly resistant to pink bollworm,with rate of 48.1%;Fourteen ones were resistant to pink bollworm(51.9%). The orders of the resistant power of the different type in cotton materials to pink bollworm were that the transgenic resistant cotton to insect nearly equal to transgenic hybrids(F 1) to insect>transgenic resistant hybrid cotton(F 2) to insect>normal resistant cotton to insect≈normal resistant hybrid cotton(F 1) to insect>normal cotton (CK).
