摘要
转单价 Bt基因棉和转双价 ( Bt+ Cp TI)基因棉对棉铃虫抗性的时空动态及其 Bt毒蛋白含量变化表明 ,无论是单价 Bt基因还是双价 ( Bt+Cp TI)基因 ,对棉铃虫均有明显的抗性 ,呈现明显的时空动态变化。单价 Bt基因在花铃期以前抗性不如双价 ( Bt+ Cp TI)基因 ,在花铃期单价 Bt基因棉花营养器官的抗性稍好于双价 ( Bt+ Cp TI)基因 ,但生殖器官的抗性不如双价 ( Bt+ Cp TI)基因。转单价 Bt基因棉和转双价 ( Bt+ Cp TI)基因棉的 Bt毒蛋白含量时空动态变化趋势与各自的抗虫性相一致。但转双价 ( Bt+ Cp TI)基因棉的Bt毒蛋白表达量在棉株各生育期同一器官及同一生育期不同器官均比转单价 Bt基因棉略低 ,说明 Cp
The dynamic of resistance and the content of Bt insecticidal protein of the Bt transgenic cotton and the (Bt+CpTI) transgenic cotton were studied respectively. The results showed that both Bt cotton and (Bt+CpTI)cotton showed evidently spatio tem oral fluctuation. The resistance of Bt gene was inferior to that of (Bt+CpTI) gene before the blooming and boll set stage. In the blooming and boll set stage, the resistance of Bt cotton in vegetative organs was better than that of (Bt+CpTI) cotton and in reproductive organs was not equal to that of (Bt+CpTI)cotton. The content of Bt insecticidal protein of the Bt cotton and the (Bt+CpTI)cotton also showed apparently spatio timporal fluctuation, and the spatio temporal tendency is similar with their resistance of the respective transgenic cotton. But in every growing stage in the third leaf of the cotton and in the blooming and boll set stage in every plant structures, the expression of (Bt+CpTI) cotton was less than that of Bt cotton.
