摘要
研究了吸附和分离紫甘薯红色素的方法和条件,AB-8大孔吸附树脂对紫甘薯红色素具有较好的吸附能力,温度、酸度条件等对吸附能力有影响。温度较高时,吸附较快,AB-8大孔吸附树脂对紫甘薯色素的吸附能力在pH=2.5左右时比其它酸度条件下更强。酒精浓度对树脂上色素的解脱效果有影响,酒精浓度为70 %时解脱效果最好。
The condition and methods of adsorbing and refining Purple Sweet Potato Colorant were studied. In several types of Macro - porous resin,tested, the adsorbing ability of AB- 8 type is best. The results show that temperature, acidity etc. can influence the adsorbing ability. The higher the temperature is the faster the adsorbing. At pH = 2 .5 AB - 8 type Macro- porous resin has the greatest adsorbing ability. The concentration of alcohol can influence the desorption. When the concentration of alcohol is 70 %, the desorption is most effective.
