液相合成金红石二氧化钛纳米晶的性能研究 被引量:6

The Preparation and Characterization of Rutile TiO_2 Nanocrystal

摘要 采用低温陈化法和水热法制备了金红石型纳米TiO2 晶体 .利用TEM ,XRD及BET等方法对纳米TiO2 进行了表征 ,结果表明低温合成的纳米晶TiO2 为针形聚集体 ,水热合成出的TiO2 为纳米针 .通过计算 ,不同条件下得到的产物的晶格参数及比表面有明显变化 . Nanocrystal rutile TiO 2 was prepared by low-temperature aging method and hydrothermal method respectively. The prepared powders were studied by X ray diffraction (XRD),TEM and BET method.The results show that the morphologies of precipitated particles were needle-shaped agglomerates (rutile) when the reaction was low in temperature. The needle-shaped single crystals (rutile) by hydrothermal synthesis could find.The crystal lattice parameters and specific surface area of precipitated particles have changed obviously.
