STUDY ON ASU SUBSYSTEM CHARACTERISTIC AND ITS EFFECTS ON IGCC PERFORMANCE

摘要 本文利用Aspen-plus软件对典型的空分装置进行了模拟分析(含(?)分析),得出空分系统性能特性(包括内部状态参数和能耗分布),在此基础上探讨不同空分流程的IGCC系统性能随整体化系数Xas等变化的规律,并通过大量数值计算分析比较了高压整体化空分系统与低压独立空分系统的情况。本文研究成果对IGCC系统方案设计有较大的参考价值。 In this paper, one typical ASU (air separation unit) is simulated with Aspen Plus model and the exergy analysis is also carried out. The characteristics of ASU subsystem including key parameters and index of power consumption are obtained. Based on that, varied flow arrangements of connecting ASU with IGCC are evaluated and the change of net efficiency of IGCC along with Xas and Xgn are revealed considering the limit of compressor stall and of maximum gas turbine output. In addition, two typical ASU flow systems, high-pressure integrated one and low-pressure independent one, are comprehensively analyzed and compared through detailed case study. The results of this paper have great value for option selection and system design of IGCC plant.
