摘要
整体煤气化燃气 -蒸汽联合循环 (简称 IGCC)是洁净煤转化技术和高效联合循环系统相结合的发电技术。为进行 IGCC的系统理论建模和分析研究 ,以三压再热汽水系统为研究对象 ,组成了整体空分系统 IGCC系统方案 ,建立了气化炉、净化系统、燃气轮机、空分装置、余热锅炉、汽轮机各部件的数学模型 ;对两种方案的设计工况进行了计算。结论是 :整体空分 IGCC系统效率较高、空分装置集成度对于燃气轮机的功率和系统供电效率有很大影响。该研究为我国今后建立
The integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) is a promising electrical generation system which combines a clean coal transformation technique with a high efficiency combined cycle system. Though this system is the focus of current energy source and power research, theoretical models for the system are still inadequate. Mathematical models of the system components were developed for the three pressure reheat steam water system in an air integrated IGCC system. Analysis of the off design performance for two kinds of operating modes provided insight to improve the efficiency of the air integrated IGCC system and the effect of the deaerator on the power output of the gas turbine and the system power supply efficiency. This work provides the theoretical basis for the development of a Chinese IGCC demonstration power plant.
