摘要
目的 研究金属蛋白酶 -2 (MMP -2 )在膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCCB)组织中的表达规律 ,探讨其与肿瘤的侵袭和转移的关系。方法 通过免疫组织化学、原位杂交及酶谱分析等方法研究 47例手术切除的TCCB中MMP -2的表达情况 ,同时取 5例正常膀胱组织作为对照。结果 在正常膀胱组织中MMP -2不表达或微弱表达 ,而在肿瘤组织中MMP -2呈不同程度的阳性表达。随着TCCB临床病理分期、分级的升高 ,MMP -2表达呈现增高趋势 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 MMP -2表达与TCCB的侵袭和转移性密切相关。临床上可以将MMP -2作为判断TCCB进展的标志物。
Objective To study the matrix metalloproteinases 2(MMP 2) expression and its correlation to the tumor invasion and metastasis in different grade and stage transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB).Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization and zymograph were used in 47 surgically resected specimens from patients with TCCB,and 5 normal bladder tissue were obtained as control.Results ①In normal control group,the expression of MMP 2 was weak or negative,but in tumor tissue MMP 2 appeared to be far more abundant.②The positive expression of MMP 2 was significantly increased with stage and grade( P <0.01,respectively).Conclusion The result showed that the expression of MMP 2 are significantly correlated with the aggressive and metastatic biologic behavior of TCCB.Since the expression of MMP 2 have positive correlation with the invasiveness of TCCB,they could be used as an important index to judge the progress of TCCB.
