摘要
根据宁夏某氧化铜矿物性质,提出了稀硫酸柱浸—置换生产海绵铜工艺流程。试验得出的最佳条件为:碎矿粒度-20mm,硫酸溶液浓度2%,喷淋强度10L/m2·h,浸出35d,铜浸出率达89.47%,置换率96.70%~99.27%,海绵含铜77.44%~72.66%。
The Process of 'column leaching by diluted sulphuric acid-replacement' was put forward according to the ores' properties. The tests showed that the optimum ore size is -20mm, the concentration of sulphuric acid 2%, spray speed 10L/m 2·h and leaching time 35d. Under the optimum technological conditions, the leaching rate was 89.47%, replacement rate 96.70-99.27%, and the Cu content of sponge copper 77.44-72.66%.
