摘要
本文介绍了新型有机萃取剂2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮肟的合成方法,在实验室条件下,以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、氯十二烷、盐酸羟胺等为原料,在反应时温度为80℃、盐酸羟胺与2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮质量比为1.05∶1、反应时间为2 h条件下,可获得产率为95%的2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮肟新型萃取剂。同时,在实验室条件下对合成的样品进行了铜萃取试验,考察了其对铜的萃取能力,研究结果表明,用含有10%2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮肟的煤油溶液萃取12 g/L的硫酸铜溶液,经过三次萃取后,残液中铜离子浓度为0.007g/L,萃取率为99.94%。
The new synthesize method of a new extractor 2- hydroxy-4- dodecaoxy diphenyl ketone oxime is introduced in the test. Use 2, 4 -dihydroxy diphenyl ketone, chlorododecane and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as pre - materials, and at the condition of temperature is 80 ℃, quality ratio of chlorododecane and 2, 4 - dihydroxy diphenyl ketone is 1.05: 1, reaction is 2 hours, 95% of 2- hydroxy-4 -dodecaoxy diphenyl ketone oxime is obtained. Its extract ability to copper is studied. When the concentration of copper in solution is 12 g/L and using 2 -hydroxy-4 - dodecaoxy diphenyl ketone oxime whose concemtration is 10% as extractor, by three times extraction, 99.94% extraction ratio is obtained, and the concentration of copper in remain solution is 0.007 g/L.
