摘要
20世纪80年代发展起来的光子计数成像系统有极高的灵敏度,原理上可探测单个光子及其空间位置,因此可以探测到极弱的光子图像。随着微光像增强技术和弱光成像器件的发展,光子计数成像技术近年来发展很快并日趋成熟,光子计数成像在军事、天文学、物理学、化学、生物学、量子电子学等领域得到了广泛应用。介绍了光子计数成像的原理、技术特点及其应用。
A photon counting imaging system has extremely high sensitivity , high S/ N ratio and superior image quality.It has been proved to be very effective in detecting the ultra\|weak light and applied to a variety of fields. The theory of a photon counting imaging system is introduced, and the technical requirements for its components and its applications are discussed. \;
