摘要
提出了在硝酸 (1+ 9)中 ,旋涡振荡提取 ,离心沉淀分离的微分电位溶出法快速测定全血中铅的方法。全血中铅的最低检出浓度为 5 .0 μg·L-1,RSD均小于 6 .8% ,线性范围为 5 .0~ 2 5 0 .0 μg·L-1。采用单点标准加入法对 7份CDC血铅标样进行了测定 。
A method of rapid determination of lead in blood by DPSV was reported. Nitric acid solution (1+9) was used to extract lead from the blood sample by shaking in a rotary mixer and then separated in a centrifuger. Lead in whole blood was then determined by DPSV in an aliquot portion of the supernatant solution. Detection limit of the proposed method achieved a value of 5.0μg·L -1, and RSD′s were found to be less than 6.8%. Linearity held over the concentration range of 5.0~250.0μg of lead per L. The results obtained in the analysis of 7 portions of CDC blood-lead standard samples agreed very well with the standard values. The quantitative analysis was performed by the single-point standard addition method.
