摘要
以三氯化铝作为原料，经水解、胶溶、快速凝胶制备超细粉的前驱物，高温煅烧得到α－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３超细粉，利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、Ｘ－粉末衍射对粉料形貌、物相进行较详尽的研究。
Using AlCl_3·6H_2O as raw materials,the precursor of ultrafine powder was prepared by hydrolysis、 peptization and rapid gelation of AlCl_3·6H_2O.After sintering,ultrafine powder wasobtained.A detailed investigation was presented onthe characterization and the phase evolution ofultrafine powder with SEM、TEMand XRDmethods.
