摘要
研究了异丙醇铝水解形成溶胶的条件及溶胶转变为凝胶焙烧形成氧化铝膜的影响因素。在选择合适的条件下,制备成功孔径为0.7μm的无载体氧化铝膜;并在孔径为50μm的微孔陶瓷管载体上制备成功孔径为0.5μm氧化铝膜,将有可能用于膜分离器件。
The conditions of hydrolysis of aluminium isopropylate, processing sol to gel and the influences of heating on form alumina membrane have been tudied. Alumina membrane can be obtained under appropriate conditions. One membrane of 0.7μm pore diameter without support and an other of o.5μm pore diameter coated at the ceramic tube of 50μm pore diameter have been prepared. Both membrances may be of use in membrane separation devises.
