摘要
本文报道了在1m^3和30m^3粉尘爆炸泄压试验装置内进行的一百多次试验。结果表明泄压口面积,粉尘浓度,泄压口释放压力,点火延迟时间ι_v和点火位置对粉尘泄放爆炸压力P_泄有很大影响.和密闭容器内的粉尘爆炸试验类似,点火延迟时间ι_v≈0.52 s时,P_泄能够得到最大值。控制ι_v是保证数据具有规律性和重复性的重要措施。ι_v过大,P_泄将变得很小。
The results of dust-air relief explosion performed in 1.0 m3 and 30 m3 explosion vent vessel are reported. It is shown that the reduced pressure of dust-air relief explosion is related to many factors, such as dust concentration, ignition delay time tv, the release pressure of vent cover and ignition sorce location. It has been indicated by these tests that the reduced pressure of dust-air relief explosion may be maximum when tv=======================0.52s. The control of tv is important measure to get good repeatility and regularity for test results.
