摘要
在研究粉尘爆炸机理的基础上,以维生素K3粉末和活性炭粉末为实验原料,研究粉尘爆炸时最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率的变化规律。在粉尘浓度较低的范围内,粉尘的最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率随着粉尘浓度的上升而急速上升,突破一定临界浓度后,在较宽的浓度范围内其最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率维持在较高值位。
The maximum explosion pressure(Pmax) and the maximum rate of pressure rise(dP/dtmax) were researched by using the materials of vitamin K3 powder and active carbonpowder based on the dust explosion mechanism.A conclusion was drawn from the experiments that the Pmax and dP/dt max rise rapidly with the concentration of dust rising.When the concentration comes to a critical value,the Pmax and dP/dt max maintains stay at a higher value near to the Pmax and dP/dt max of all concentrations of the powder.
