摘要
目的:重视教学查房,提高带教质量,培养合格医生。方法:查房前师生各自有计划地做好准备;查房中注意理论联系实际,注重操作规程,在病床边进行互动式教学活动;查房后进行认真讨论总结。结果:使临床教师的教学水平与实习学生的实习效果都能得到很大的提高。结论:临床教学查房是培养医学生的重要手段,是提高临床教学水平的重要方法,是提高医学生综合素质的重要途径之一,是提高实习医生“三基”和综合分析能力的关键。
The teaching of making rounds of the wards is an important method by which t he clinical teacher in-structs the medical trainee and the l ow -salaried resident and which is also closely related with the medical student 's .achievements during the period of pr acticing and the improvement of synt hetic qualities.Furthermore,it has a great influence upon whether a medical stu dent can become a qualified doctor who has exquisite medical skill,right medical ethics,elegant behavior and strict rules.The author obtained much experience by the clinical teaching.Thi s article introduces and analyses the meaning,the target,the form and the content of making the rounds and how teacher a nd student prepare for it.In this cours e,the clinical teachers should pay much attention to the scientific theo ry,the heuristic method and the scope of app lication in order to improve the clin ical clerk's abilities.
