摘要
目的 研究TGF α、TGF β1 及TGFR2 表达与直肠癌生物学行为与预后的关系 ,并同时观察肿瘤的生物学行为。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测TGF α、TGF β1 及TGFR2 在直肠癌患者肿瘤组织的表达情况。结果 TGF α、TGF β1 及TGFR2 的阳性率分别为 5 1.3%、4 6 .2 %和 4 1.0 %。原发灶中TGF α的表达随癌组织浸润肠壁深度呈升高趋势 ,且差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。有远处转移者TGF α表达显著高于无远处转移者 (P <0 .0 5 )。TGF α表达水平随Dukes’A~D分期而呈显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。而TGF β1 及TGFR2 表达则完全与TGF α的情况相反。结论 刺激因子TGF α的表达增加 ,抑制因子TGF β1 及其受体TGFR2 表达的减少共同加速直肠癌肿瘤细胞的增殖。
Objective To study the relationship between TGF α,TGF β 1 and TGFR 2 expression and biological behavior or prognosis of rectal cancer. Methods The expression of TGF α,TGF β 1 and TGFR 2 in rectal cancer was detected with immunocytochemical staining. Results 51.3% showed positive staining of TGF αin the primary lesions. Tumors without regional node metastasis showed a significantly lower positive staining rate than those with node involvement( P <0.05). Positive correlations were found between TGF α expression and tumor invasion( P <0.05) or the progression of Dukes stage( P <0.05). The expression of TGF β 1 and TGFR 2 in rectal cancer was opposite to TGF α. Conclusion Both the increase of TGF αand the reduction of TGF β1 and TGFR2 accelerated the proliferation of tumor cells and its invasion and metastasis.
