摘要
目的 探讨逆行带锁髓内钉内固定对股骨多段骨折的治疗。方法 临床治疗 13例 ,其中男 8例 ,女 5例 ,平均年龄3 6岁 ,3例在C型臂X线透视下闭合复位 ,经导丝引导置入逆行髓内钉 ;10例切开复位逆行髓内钉内固定。结果 所有病例术后全部随访 ,骨折痊愈。
Objective To discuss the retrograde nailing internal fixation in the treatment of femur comminuted fracture.Method Among the 13cases,8 cases were male,5 cases were female.Average of all cases 36 years.The 3 cases closure reduction and internl fixation with 'C' arm x-ray.10 cases open reduction internal fixation.Result The curative effects are definite since all cases being followed up, all fractures get healed.Conclusion Treatment of femur comminuted fracture with retrograde nailing internal fixation is an ideal method.
