摘要
目的 :研究激光龋齿诊断仪 (DIAGNOdent)诊断早期窝沟龋的敏感性、特异性、准确性。材料和方法 :选择 12 4颗恒磨牙为样本 ;清洁面 ,拍摄面图像 ,确定窝沟的某一点为检查位点 ,以DIAGNOdent检测该位点 ,记录显示值 ,并在面图像上标记被检位点。在检测点的位置切片 ,磨片 ,做显微放射照片分析。以显微放射照片分析所得龋损分级结果作为金标准 ,对DIAGNOdent的检测结果进行统计分析。结果 :DIAGNOdent诊断窝沟龋 ,在D1水平上其敏感性和特异性为 5 8%和89 1%;在D2 水平上其敏感性和特异性为 :5 3 8%和 94 9%;在D3 水平上其敏感性和特异性为 :4 0 %和 95 6 %。结论 :DI AGNOdent具有较高的诊断早期窝沟龋的能力。
Objective:To study the diagnostic performance of DIAGNOdent detecting pit and fissure caries Materials and Methods:One hundred and twenty four extracted molars with intact occlusal surface were selected After cleaned thoroughly and dried by air flow,the occlusal surface was given a photographic record One site on the pit and fissure was chosen to be detected and was recorded on the photographic record DIAGNOdent detected the fissure site Microradiography was made as the gold standard Results:Sensitivity and specificity of DIAGNOdent at D 1 was 58% and 89 1%;Sensitivity and specificity of DIAGNOdent at D 2 was 53 8% and 94 9%;Sensitivity and specificity of DIAGNOdent at D 3 was 40% and 95 6% Conclusion:DIAGNOdent has a good performance in detecting initial pit and fissure caries
