摘要
目的 :观察丹酚酸B静脉注射给药对家兔血液流变性的影响。方法 :静脉注射不同浓度丹酚酸B后检测正常家兔血液流变学指标并分析其变化。结果 :静脉注射丹酚酸B 2mg/kg、6mg/kg、18mg/kg对家兔全血粘度、红细胞压积有明显的降低作用 ,并对血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数也有一定的降低作用。结论
To observe the effects of salvianolic acid B (Sal B) on hemorheological prperties in rabbits. Method: The influence of Sal B on the hemorheological properties of normal rabbits were also studied by hemorheological instrument. Results: Blood viscasity(Vb) and hematocrit(Hct) was redueed by Sal B at the concentration of 2,6,18 mg/kg significantly,the plasma viscosity( Vp) erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI) and rigidity index(ERI) were reduced too.Conclusion: Sal B exhibited remarkable improvement for the hemor heological property in rabbits.
