摘要
目的 评价TAS - 2 0量表的信度和效度。方法 使用TAS - 2 0对 112例正常人对照样本和 10 2例精神病人样本进行评定。结果 TAS - 2 0具有良好的心理测量特性 ,Cronbachα系数在 0 5 81～ 0 739,TAS - 2 0各分量表的劈半相关系数在 0 5 5 8～ 0 80 3,TAS - 2 0各分量表得分在正常人对照样本和精神病人样本之间存在非常显著性差异。结论 TAS - 2 0量表具有良好的信度和效度 。
Objective To assess the reliability and validity of Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS-20).Methods A total of 112 controls and 102 psychiatric patients were tested by TAS-20.Results The TAS-20 attained good psychometric properties:Cronbach α of TAS-20 was ranged from 0.581 to 0.739;spit-half correlations ranged from 0.558 to 0.803. There were significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The present study provided empirical support for the reliability and validity of TAS-20.It is worthy to be applied for clinical researches.
