摘要
目的 评价IDA量表的信度和效度。方法 使用IDA、SDS和SAS对 2 91例大学生和 6 4例抑郁症患者进行评定。结果 IDA具有良好的心理测量特性 ,Cronbachα系数在 0 .419～ 0 .76 9,IDA各分量表的劈半相关系数在 0 .42 7～ 0 .6 39,IDA各分量表与SDS、SAS间的相关系数均在 0 .40 0～ 0 .776 ,IDA各分量表得分在非抑郁大学生、抑郁大学生和抑郁症患者之间存在非常显著性差异。结论 IDA量表具有良好的信度和效度 ,值得推广使用。
Objective To assess the reliability and validity of irritability,depression and anxiety scale(IDA).Methods A total of 291 undergraduates and depressive patients were tested by IDA,SDS and SAS.Results The IDA attained good psychometric properties:Cronbach α of IDA was ranged from 0.419 to 0.769;spit-half correlations ranged from 0.427 to 0.639;correlation coefficients between all subscales of IDA and SDS,SAS ranged from 0.400 to 0.776.There were significant difference among non-depressed undergraduates, depressed undergraduates and depressive patients.Conclusion The present study provided empirical support for the reliability and validity of IDA.It is worthy to be applied for clinical researches.
