摘要
目的 :研究和探讨铅作业工人“观察对象”组血SOD - 1、MDA含量变化。方法 :分别应用放免法和生化法对 5 4例铅作业工人“观察对象”血清SOD - 1、MDA含量进行测定并以 5 0例正常健康人作为对照组。结果 :铅作业工人“观察对象”的“SOD - 1、MDA水平明显高于正常对照组 (p <0 0 5 ) ,对“观察对象”组的血铅与SOD - 1含量进行回归分析 ,r=- 0 34,经t值检验为负相关。结论 :“观察现象”血清SOD - 1含量增加 ,并且与研究组铅含量呈负相关。
Objective To observe the changes of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD-1) in serum of those workers exposed to lead and 'demanding observation'. Methods The serum activities of SOD-1 and MDA were determined in 54 such workers and 50 controls with radioimmunoassay and biochemical assay respectively. Results The serum activities of SOD-1, MDA of the tested workers were significantly higher than those in the controls ( p <0 05) There was negative correlation between blood lead level and serum SOD-1 level in the tested group ( r=-0 34 ). Conclusion The activities of serum SOD-1 in the examined group increased and showed negative correlation with their blood lead level.
