收集国内外三氧化二砷的抗癌作用研究资料,对其分子作用机理进行分析。为临床治疗方案设计提 供更多的理论依据。
A large number of data on anticancer effects of arsenic trioxide were collected for analyzing the molecular mechanism of arsenic trioxide in order to provide more theoretical bases for clinical treatment plans. We had consulted lots of literatures and data on anticancer effects of arsenic trioxide and made a classification and summary. Arsenic trioxide could induce tumor cell apoptosis and had tumor-suppressing activity. Different tumor cells had different molecular mechanisms. Arsenic trioxide has positive anticancer effect and can be clinically used single or in combination with other medicines acting on different target spots.
