摘要
文章综述了用于生物医药制剂中内毒素去除的方法和材料的研究进展,介绍了非选择性、选择性和 特异性去除内毒素的各种方法和材料。
A review on new progress in methods and materials for endotoxin removal from biomedical preparations is presented. Adsorption on activated carbon, extraction, ultrafiltration, anion-exchang, affinity adsorption and some specific adsorptions have been introduced.
