摘要
采用摇瓶培养重组毕赤氏酵母(Pichia pastoris)表达并分泌重组人血清白蛋白(recombinant human se- rum albumin rHSA)至胞外,发酵液经(NH4)2SO4沉淀、离子交换层析、疏水层析和凝胶过滤分离纯化rHSA,纯化样 品经SDS-PAGE检测为单一条带。
Recombinant human serum albumin (rHSA) was expressed and secreted into the fermentation broth by the cultivation of recombinant Pichia pastoris. It was then isolated and purified by the precipitation with (NHt)2SO4, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography and gel filtration chromatography respectively. SDS-PAGE demonstrated that the purified rHSA was a single band.
