摘要
据药理试验表明,橙皮苷是复方金水六君煎胶囊的有效成分,采用HPLC法,对金水六君煎胶囊中橙皮苷和阿魏酸进行了含量测定.用HypersilBDSC8柱(10μm),流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(体积分数8%醋酸)=17∶83,流速为1 0mL·min-1,柱温40℃,橙皮苷在284nm下检测;阿魏酸在314nm下检测.橙皮苷平均回收率为100 1%,RSD为1 60%;阿魏酸平均回收率为98 3%,RSD为1 10%.
RP-HPLC method was used to establish the quantitative determination method for hesperidin and ferulic acid in Jin-shui-liu-jun-jian capsule. Chromatograghic conditions included Hypersil BDS C8 colume (10 μm), mobile phase acetonitrile-water containing 8% acetic acid (17∶83), flow rate 10 mL·min－1, column temperature 40℃ for both hesperidin and ferulic acid. The UV detection wavelength was 284 nm for hesperidin and 314 nm for ferulic acid, using external standard and peak area method to determine the contents. The calibration curves were linear in the range 002～200 μg for hesperidin and ferulic acid (R=0999 9). The average adding sample recovery of hesperidin was 1001% and that of ferulic acid was 983%; RSD was 160% for hesperidin and 110% for ferulic acid. The methods are quick, convenient and reliable; it can be effectively used for quality control of Jin-shui-liu-jun-jian.
