摘要
以金属的盐类为原料,先利用高分子网络凝胶法制备出金属氧化物前驱体,再将氧化物前驱体与过量的CaH2混合,利用还原扩散反应在900~1000℃下制得多元贮氢合金La0 4Ce0 1Nd0 2Pr0 3Ni3 55Co0 75Mn0.4Al0.3.对生成的材料进行了XRD和SEM分析.结果表明合金的结构与LaNi5类似,为CaCu5类型.颗粒大小在2~3μm左右,分布均匀,呈球状.
AB5 type hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by a soft chemical method. First, the oxide precursors were obtained in a polymer-network gel process with the corresponding metal-salts as starting materials. Then the precursors were reduced by calcium hydride in a reduction-diffusion method at 900~1 000 ℃. A complex hydrogen storage alloy, La0.4Ce0.1Nd0.2Pr0.3Ni3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3, was formed. X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electromicroscopy observation showed that the prepared complex alloy was a single LaNi5 phase; the size of the spherical particles of the alloy was distributed in a narrow range of 2~3 μm.
