摘要
研究了稀土元素,粉碎工艺和粒度对REB5(B5=Ni(3.55)Co(0.75)Mn(0.4)Al(0.3))合金放电容量的影响。结果表明:(1)钕取代部分镧的La(1-x)B5合金在.x=0.2处放电容量有一极大值。而镨取代部分镧的La(1-x)PrxB5合金在x=0.15处放电容量有一极大值.CeNdB5合金放电容量很低,几乎没有实用价值;(2)La(0.65)Nd(0.2)Pr(0.15)B5合金颗粒尺寸在54~74μm和30μm以下具有较高的放电容量。
The effects of rare-earth elements, pulverization methods and particle sizes on discharge capacity of AB5 -type hydrogen storage alloys have been investigated. (1) The La1-x NdxB5 alloy electrode with substitution of La by Nd showed a maximum capacity at x = 0. 2, while La1- xPrxB5 alloy electrode with substitution of La by Pr showed a maximum capacity at x = 0. 15. It was also shown that the Ce1 -xNdxB5 alloy electrode had a much low capacity. (2 )The La0.65 Nd0.2Pr0.15B5 alloy electrode compoxed of particles with size of 54-74 μm(200 ~300 mesh) and below 30 μm (500 mesh)showed a high discharge capacity.
