摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法和旋涂工艺在普通玻璃表面制备透明的TiO2薄膜,经500℃退火处理后,TiO2薄膜完全晶化为锐钛矿结构,是由一些大小只有约30nm的TiO2粒子组成的多孔颗粒膜.经紫外光照射后,TiO2具有光诱导超亲水性.
A sol-gel process to prepare TiO2 films on common glass is introduced. Heated at 500 ℃ for 1 h, TiO2 films are finely transparent and have porous nanostructure, with anatase particles, 30 nm in size. Photoinduced superhydrophilic properties are obtained in these films after exposure under an ultraviolet light.
