摘要
本文通过对资料的分析发现,青藏高原东北侧的降雨存在着准两年的周期振荡。这种周期振荡现象与赤道平流层的纬向风的准两年周期振荡现象有很好的对应关系。当纬向风为西风时,青藏高原东北侧的降水偏多,且易出现洪涝,当纬向风为东风时,青藏高原东北侧的降水偏少,易出现干旱。当有El Nino现象发生时,上述关系遭到破坏。El Nino事件使高原东北侧的降雨偏少。
In this paper, analyed results show that there is a period of quasi-biennial oscillation for rainfall on northeast side of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. It is well correspond to zonal wind oscillation on low layer of the stratosphere over Equator. When zonal wind is westerly phase, there is more rainfall on northeast side of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, and appears easily flooding; when it is easterly phase, there is less rainfall there, and appears easily drought. When El Nino event is happened, rainfall is decreased on northeast side of the Plateau.
