摘要
目的探讨带蒂旋前方肌尺侧骨膜瓣移位治疗桡尺远侧关节脱位的疗效。方法选择26例陈旧性桡尺远侧关节脱位的病例,以带血管神经肌蒂尺侧骨膜瓣向远端尺背侧移位重叠缝合,紧缩分离桡尺远端关节。结果术后随访1.5～6年,X线片提示桡尺远端关节间隙基本正常,桡尺远端关节功能恢复满意。结论该术式方法简便,创伤小,移位肌骨膜瓣愈合后可有效稳定桡尺远端关节,是修复桡尺远端关节脱位有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy on transposition of u ln ar pronator quadratus myope-riosteal flap for treat ment of distal radioulnar jo int dislocation.Meth ods Twenty-sixpatients with old distal radioulnar joint di slocation were treated by the transposition of pronator quadratus myoperiosteal flap,and neurovascularpedicle were reviewed,the flap was transferred to the post eri-or of distal ulna and sutured overlapped to reduce the gap of the distal rad ioulnar joint.Results All cases were fol lowed up from1.5to6years,the gap of the distal radioulnar joint that was de-parted in all the cases turned normal accor ding to X-ray,and they had satisfactory functions.Con clu sion The advantagesof this methodare simple,less invasive and ef fective for stabilization of the join t after the flap healing,whichis fit for treat mentof distal radioulnar joint di slocation.
