桡尺远侧关节脱位和半脱位的X线与CT诊断 被引量:13

摘要 目的:桡尺远侧关节脱位和半脱位,临床上常易漏诊。作者利用CT进行检查,诊断率明显提高,有利于该病的诊治。方法:对20例有X线诊断,CT诊断的病例,应用3种CT方法,进行评价和比较。结果:由于CT能够观察桡尺远侧关节的横断面,故前臂无论处于何种位置都能明确诊断。在Epicenter、Mino和Conguity method等3种方法中,Mino法的可靠度为100%。结论:CT对于桡尺远侧关节脱位和半脱位是一种有决定性意义的诊断方法。为了防止CT的假阴性,应作腕部5个体位的摄影。 Objective: Distal radioulnar joint dislocation and subluxation are frequently neglected clinically. Computer tomography (CT) was used to provide reliable diagnosis and was beneficial to the treatment. Methods: The roentgenographic diagnosis and three methods of CT diagnosis (Epicenter, Mino and Conguity method) were made in 20 patients with distal radioulnar dislocation or subluxation. Results: The sensitivity was 35% in roentgenographic diagnosis and 70% to 100% in CT diagnosis. Of the three methods of CT diagnosis, Mino radioulnar line method showed 100% sensitivity. Conclusions: Mino method is the most reliable method for the diagnosis of distal radioulnar dislocation in unilateral CT.
