摘要
乡镇卫生院及其院长在我国农村卫生的改革与发展中起着举足轻重的作用。通过对 12 9位乡镇卫生院院长的调查 ,结果表明 :当前乡镇卫生院院长素质偏低 ;现有院长任用渠道单一化 ;院长对当前乡镇卫生院处于困境的原因看法有失偏颇 ;“等、要、靠”思想严重等 ,已成为制约乡镇卫生院改革与发展的瓶颈。只有针对性地解决这些问题 ,乡镇卫生院乃至整个农村卫生才能健康、持续发展。
The township health centers and their presidents play decisive roles in reform and development of rural health service. We surveyed 129 presidents of township health centers. The results are as follows: the qualities of presidents of township health centers are low; the channel appointing a president is single; presidents' views about reasons causing township health centers in difficulty are partial; the thoughts of waiting, asking for and relying on are serious, which have become a bottleneck to limit reform and development of township health centers. Only aimed at these problems to deal with, could township health centers, even whole rural health service be brought about a healthy and sustained development.
