摘要
结合多个航运枢纽工程环境保护竣工验收调查项目的实际工作经验 ,介绍了航运枢纽工程环境影响调查原则与调查范围的确定方法 ,提出了调查的技术路线与主要技术方法 ,并就航运枢纽工程环境影响调查重点关注的几个技术问题 (包括枢纽试营运期水动力条件变化与水质变化的关系、生态恢复措施有效性分析、公众参与调查的重要性等 )
On the basis of experience in investigation on environment protection of several multi-purpose projects,the methods for defining the investigation principles and scopes of environmental impact are introduced,technical ways for investigation are proposed and some technical key problems are discussed as well.
