摘要
河西地区系指甘肃省黄河以西的内陆干旱地区,绿洲仅占内陆河径流散失区总面积的6％左右,地多水少,农业是非灌不殖。如果水资源开发利用不当,其对环境的影响无疑要先反映在环境生态方面。本文通过有关调查和石羊河流域水资源过度开发引致的环境生态变化的典型事例剖析,探讨了如何依据河西地区环境生态构成的整体性特点,将更好地开发疏勒河、黑河流域水资源和保护生物多样性的对策建议,从而使我们向大自然索取财富时免遭或少受大自然的报复。
The Hexi area is located at the inland arid region west of the Yellow river.Without irrigation, crops would not grow; now the farmland is all irrigated. Because of the scarcity of water and poor ecological environment, the oasis area only occupies about 6 percent of the total area of the erosive region of inland river runoff. If the water resource is not properly exploited, its environmental impact will certainly be reflected in the ecological environment at first. Through related investigations and analyses of typical examples about the excessive exploration of the water resource of Shiyang river valley, this paper, according to the ecological environment of the Hexi area, has made suggestions about how to develop the water resource of the Shule River and the Hei River and to protect the biological variety,so as to avoid or lessen the nature's reprisals when we extort wealth from it.
