摘要
通过使用不同种类、不同比例溶剂浸渍沥青球 ,然后进行氧化稳定化、炭化处理。结果表明 ,在室温下用烃类溶剂浸泡球状活性炭可以有效地除去沥青球中的致孔剂和轻组分 ,从而打通氧气向内扩散的通道 ,加速沥青球的氧化稳定化过程。
The difficulty for rapid and homogeneous oxidative stabilization of pitch spheres is the key issue determining the cost and performance of pitch based spherical activated carbon(PSAC). The effect of solvent pre extraction on the oxidazation stabilization and the derived carbonized spherical carbon was investigated. It shows that extraction with hydrocarbon solvents under ambient temperature could effectively shorten oxidization stabilization by removing some poreforming agents and small molecules from spheres, making some pathways for oxygen to diffuse into the pitch sphere during oxidization.
