摘要
研究了沥青基球状活性炭(PSAC)对CO2的吸脱量、吸附选择性及电解吸性能。实验结果表明:比表面积为527m2/g的PSAC对CO2(浓度为12.5%)的吸附量为0.56mmol/g,在CO2/N2混合气中对CO2的吸附选择性为87.6%;当吸附气体的流速较大时,因其向孔内的扩散系数降低而导致平衡吸附量下降;当采用电解吸方式将PSAC加热至250℃进行CO2脱附时,能耗为2.5MJ/kg。
The adsorption/desorption performance of CO2 of pitch-based spherical activated carbon(PSAC) was investigated, ineluding equilibrium adsorption amount, adsorption selectivity and adsorption performance using electric swing adsorption(ESA). The results indicate that the equilibrium adsorption amount and adsorption selectivity of CO2 on PSAC with specific surface area of 527 m2/g are 0. 56 mmol/g and 87.6%, respectively, under the concentration of C02 with 12.5% in CO2/N2 mixture gases. With the flow rate of CO2 increasing, the equilibrium adsorption amount decreases due to the diffusion coefficient of CO2 decrease. When PSAC is heated to 250 ℃ for CO2 desorption, the energy consumption of the ESA process is 2. 5 MJ/kg.
