摘要 采用正交实验研究了搅拌工艺、净水胶比、粗骨料种类对天然和再生骨料混凝土拌合物和易性、硬化混凝土力学性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,粗骨料种类对混凝土性能有很大影响 ,其程度不亚于水胶比对混凝土性能的影响 ,提出在进行混凝土配合比设计时 ,其强度公式中应考虑到粗骨料种类的影响 ,同时 ,若采用再生粗骨料配制混凝土 ,应采用较高的砂率和较低的水灰比 ,以保证混凝土拌合物的和易性。搅拌工艺因素中 ,水泥裹石工艺有助于改善拌合物和易性 。 The effect of concrete mixing technology, the free water/binder ratio and the influence of the type of coarse aggregate on the performance of fresh recycled and natural aggregate concretes, and the mechanical properties of hardened concrete studied. It's shown that the type of coarse aggregate seriously affects the performance of recycled and natural aggregate concretes, which is not inferior to the effects of the free water/binder ratio. And it is suggested that the effects of the strength of coarse aggregate be considered within the strength formula of concrete when designing the concrete mixes. At the same time, higher sand ratio and lower water/binder ratio should be adopted to ensure the excellent workability of fresh concrete. The results also show that cement coating technology can improve the workability of fresh concrete, and silica fume coating technology can enhance the performance of hardened concrete of long period of curing ages.
