裹砂石法配制 C80~C90 高性能混凝土试验 被引量:6

EXPERIMENT OF SAND AND STONE BINDING METHOD TO MANUFACTURE C80~C90 HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE

摘要 采用3%超细矿渣等量取代水泥,利用裹砂石工艺配制C80~C90高性能混凝土,试验研究水胶比对坍落度、泌水性及硬化混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:裹砂石工艺制备的高性能混凝土具有坍落度大、泌水性低等特点,且硬化混凝土的性能优于传统工艺制备的高性能混凝土。 The adoption of 3% superfine mineral slag to substitute cement and the utilization of sand and stone binding method to manufacture C80~C90 high performance concrete has been achieved with good result.Experiment and research into slump of water-glue ratio,permeability and hardness of concrete have been carried out.The results of experiment have demonstrated that the slump of sand and stone binding method to manufacture high performance concrete is considerably large,while the concrete's permeability is rather small.Besides,the hardened concrete' s property is better than the traditional high performance concrete manufactured by the conventional technology.
