在学位点建设和发展中应以重视基础学科的发展为前提 ;坚持人文社会学科和自然学科同时发展 ;与国家、社会需要相结合 ,优先发展交叉学科和新学科 ;
The establishment and development of postgraduate progr ams must be predicated on the prority given to the advance of the disciplines of basic studies.The author holds that efforts should be made to persevere in the simultaneous development of humanities and social sciences along with natural sc iences in order to meet the need of the nation and society.While adhering to the inhe r ent law of scientific development, we should also give priority to the advance o f the interdisciplines and frontier subjects.
