摘要
作为一种特殊的不动产所有权———建筑物区分所有权有其发展的历史、特定的含义和特征 ,区分所有人的权利和义务以及我国建立区分所有权制度的立法模式选择 ,对该制度的理论研究和立法实践将有所裨益。
The writer has discussed a series of issues about the shared ownership of buildings, a special real estate ownership, such as the history of its development, implications, characteristics, rights and duties of the shared owners as well as the selection of the legislative models, in order to help the theoretical research and the legislative practice.
