摘要
中国应该构建自己的国际关系理论,这一理论应以中国文化为基本载体,以马克思主义的基本理论为指导,以西方国际关系理论为补充。
Based on China' s traditional culture, China should set forth its own system of international relationship, which should be guided by Marxist basic theory and supplemented by western theory of international relationship.
