摘要
全球大变革和中国迅速和平发展呼唤理论创新。中国国际关系理论体系的创立有四大理论来源:马克思主义关于国际关系的理论、新中国外交的理论与实践、中华文化精粹和外国国际关系理论。全球化时代国际体系的根本变革是建构中国国际关系理论、创建中国学派的历史机遇。
The global transformation and China＇s rapid and peaceful growth call for theory innovation. Chinese theory of international relations can be derived from four sources, namely, Marxist theory of international relations, theory and practice of China＇s diplomacy after the liberation, the essence of Chinese culture and foreign theories of international relations. The fundamental transformation of international system in the era of globalization is the historical opportunity China needs to seize to establish its own theory and school of international relations.
