摘要
用红外光谱及力学性能测试方法研究了添加填料的聚乙烯和聚丙烯的热氧化和光氧化。发现碳酸钙可加速PE和PP的光氧化,但却抑制其热氧化。填料滑石粉对PP的热和光氧化有类似的作用。同时,添加经铁酸酯偶联剂处理的碳酸钙和滑石粉的PE和PP的热和光氧化速率都比添加未经处理的填料的PE和PP的相应速率大,表明铁酸酯偶联剂具有一定的促进PE和PP氧化的作用。
The thermal and photo-oxidation of PE and PP with fillers has been studied by methods of IR-spectrometry and determination of mechanical properties. It was found that filler calcium carbonate accelerated the photo-oxidation but retarded the thermal oxidation of both PE and PP. The filler talc showed similar effect on photo- and thermal oxidation of PP. The photo- and thermal oxidation rates of PE and PP with CaCO3 and talc,treated with titanate coupling agent were higher than that of PE and PP,containing the same fillers without treating by Ti-coupling agent. This showed that Ti-coupling agent had some promoting action on the thermal and photo-oxidation of PE and PP. The reasons of these effects of fillers and Ti-coupling agent on thermal and photo-oxidation of PE and PP were discussed.
