摘要
加Al线工艺在大冶钢厂60吨VAD炉精炼轴承钢的试验结果表明,通过真空处理、吹氩搅拌及Al线脱氧,可以获得高洁净度轴承钢。钢中平均氧含量10.92ppm,并可以节约用Al30%。
[Synopsis] Experiments were conducted in refining the bearing steel with Al-wire fed into the 60T VAD furnace in Daye iron & steel works. Test results indicate that high cleanliness bearing steel can be made by vacuum treatment, Argon bubbling and Al wire deoxidization with average[O] 10. 92ppm, thus saving Al consumption by 30%.
