摘要
学生对教师教学质量评价是高校评价工作的重要组成部分。"学生评教"对激发教师的教学积极性和提高教学质量发挥着极其重要的作用。教师教学质量的高低,将直接关系着学生成长即人才培养的大问题。通过对学生评价教师的心理因素分析,来探讨学生评价教师教学客观性和可靠性。
The evaluation which the students make on the teachers' teaching is the most important part of university evaluation work. 'Students' evaluation on teaching' palys a very important role in stimulating teachers' initiative in teaching and in improving teaching quality as well.Teaching quality concerns directly with the student's growing- cultivating talents you may call it.Through analyzing the mental factors during the process of the students evaluating the teachers, this essay mainly studies the objectiveness and liability of the students' evaluation on the teachers' teaching.
