摘要 四辊中板可逆轧机受力频繁。分析轧机两侧机架轧制力、机架拐角应力和液压系统缸内压力之间的关系,对保证设备安全,改进生产工艺有重要意义。实测数据的分析表明,三者之间有很好的线性相关性和性态的一致性,均可作为度量轧机受力状态的参数,特别是用拉式应变传感器测量机架两侧轧制力简单方便,测量数据准确可靠,重复性好。 The four high reversal plate mills work under a condition of frequently changed loading. For ensuring safety of the rolling device and improvement in productive technology, it is significant to analyse the interaction between rolling force on both stands, stress around corner of the stand and pressure of hydrosystem. Data obtained from practical measurment show that these three parameters possess good linear relation and conformity of performance and condition. Any of them can be taken as parameter to indicate the load condition of a rolling mill. Furthermore, the strain transducers used for the measurment are easy to handle. The measured data have been confirmed to be correct and reliable.
