摘要
基于ANSYS有限元分析软件对某特大型轴承退火炉炉盖支承结构进行有限元分析。采用Beam188单元进行三维实体建模,在对该结构的刚度、强度及受力状态分析的基础上,提出了改进方案。实际使用结果表明,改进后支承结构的刚度及强度显著提高,满足设计要求。
The support structure of annealing furnace cover for extra-large size bearing ring is analyzed based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software.The Beam188 element is adopted for 3D solid modeling,and the improved scheme is put forward based on the analysis of stiffness,strength and stressing state of the structure.The results of contrastive analysis show that the stiffness and strength of improved support structure are obviously improved,and the design demand is satisfied.
